Phone in or email technical support for non-warranty issues for older equipment.
Warranty issues will not be charged.
First support request up to the first 1/2 hour is $75.00
The minimum support request charge will be $75.00. Any single call that exceeds 30 minutes will be charged at $125.00 per hour, charged in 1/4 hr. hour increments at $31.25 per 15 minutes. It will be necessary in most cases for your calls or emails to be handled by the same person, therefore it may be necessary at times for your call to be returned. We will do our best to return your calls as quickly as possible since we do realize you are normally on site with a customer and need quick answers.
Please keep the following in mind: We are located in the Mountain Time Zone. We prefer to handle these calls only during the following times for our time zone: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then again from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. We will appreciate you following these time guidelines for support requests, which will allow us to better manage our own time. |
