Unacceptable non-rebuildable, broken, or incomplete cores may be paid partially or rejected and returned freight collect based on our evaluation. Core to be returned at customer cost for shipping. CORES MUST BE RECEIVED BY NWES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE TO RECEIVE A REFUND, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 30 DAYS.
