If you have the red or white Marx dongle (see photo), then you will need only the software update without the dongle key.  If you do not have the dongle (security key), then you will need to order the package that includes it at an extra cost.

NOTE: This is an update for existing Windows 98, ME, and XP systems and is not a complete kit for converting a DOS based system to Windows.*
