The Tandem Axle Spacing Caliper enables the technician to easily check the spacing between the axles of tractors, or trailers, to ensure correct alignment and tracking. The caliper can also be used to measure the diameters of tires so that matching pairs and sets can be used.
The lightweight aluminum caliper with an easy-to-read scale, in both inches and millimeters, gives accurate measurements and requires only one technician.
The caliper can measure up to 72" or 183 cm to cover the full range of tandem spacing.
