Core charge for an exchange required component.  A refund for the full amount will be issued once a complete and acceptable (rebuildable) core has been received by NW Equipment Mfg.  Unacceptable non-rebuildable, broken, or incomplete cores may be paid partially or rejected and returned freight collect based on our evaluation.  Core to be returned at customer cost for shipping.    CORES MUST BE RECEIVED BY NWES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE TO RECEIVE A REFUND, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 30 DAYS.
