Create a portable four-wheel alignment stand support system. The vehicle is lifted on a two-post lift and the alignment stands are placed under the wheels.
The "Stands-alignment-#" file is the instructions for assembling the stands. The "Complete Non-Electronic Wheel Alignment" file gives instructions for using the non-electronic Caster/Camber gauge on turntables on the floor.
Using the Stands is similar using turntables on the floor except that the vehicle is lifted on a two-post lift and the stands placed in position underneath the wheels. This gives easy access under the vehicle.
The NWES 0890 Rear Wheel Platform set with slip plates, made of 11 gauge steel, are to be used with the NWES 0770 Turntable set on top of the Front Wheel Stand Set
The stands offer adjustable legs to enable the technician to raise the vehicle a maximum of 15-1/2” off the floor for easy access under the vehicle. The slip plates allow unrestricted movement of the rear wheels (1” in each direction, forward and backward as well as left and right, or a total of 2”) to make easy accurate adjustments of toe and camber on the rear wheels, eliminating the friction between the tires and the support system.
Warranty: ONE YEAR WARRANTY on the alignment stands, turntables and slip plates, excluding the ball bearings in the turntables which are considered consumables and have a 30 day warranty.
