Team Bear USA would be pleased to assist you. However, due to the overwhelming number of online requests we receive our policy requires complete customer contact information including your name, shop name if applicable, address and phone. We will not give out your information to anyone nor will we pester you with unwanted sales calls.  We may call you in order to communicate better with you about your service needs.

If you are shipping us parts, please print and fill out Shipping Form on the Shipping Form link on the To Ship Parts or Equipment for Repairs on the Service page, and place in the package with the parts.  If you are shipping alignment heads, please download and follow the instructions in the Alignment Head Shipping Instructions link, Alignment Head Shipping Instructions.  Otherwise, please fill out and submit the email form below.
